What We Check During an Inspection

A proper inspection covers every area pests use to enter and nest – not just the spots you’ve already noticed activity.

Inside: Kitchen and bathrooms (moisture attracts cockroaches), roof void where accessible, subfloor and crawl spaces, built-in wardrobes, garage, and laundry. In Maroubra apartments, we pay close attention to shared walls, plumbing risers, and gaps around air conditioning units where pests travel between units.
